Event Summary:

The course is designed to educate physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and allied health professionals on the complex procedures performed in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs. It is expected that by learning about devices and techniques for the management of various cardiovascular disease processes, attendees will more fully understand the complex procedures patients undergo. This course has 5.75 continuing education credits available.

Target Audience:
Physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, cardiovascular technologists/invasive specialists and radiology technologists involved in the management of cardiovascular diseases (interventional labs, critical care, operating room, medical-surgical, office-based).

CME Credits:
This course has 5.75 continuing education credits available.

Nurse:
The NJ Board of Nursing recognizes that a registered professional nurse may obtain continuing education hours from the successful completion of continuing medical education courses recognized by the American Medical Association; one hour for each 60 minutes of attendance. Continuing medical education hours are also accepted by accredited nursing specialty organizations i.e., ANCC for recertification.

Radiologic Technologist:
