Dr. Stephen A. Hunt MD

Stephen A. Hunt, MD is board-certified by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and holds a certificate of added qualification in sports medicine. He was a four-year letterman at Yale, where he captained the lacrosse team. Throughout his training, he worked with several professional sports teams, including the New York Mets, the Denver Broncos, the United States Ski Team, and the Alvin Ailey Dance Company.

Dr. Hunt has focused his training on becoming an expert in both arthroscopic and open-surgical techniques for joint repair, preservation, and reconstruction of the shoulder, hip, and knee.

He has been recognized as America's Top Orthopedist in Sports Medicine by the Consumer Research Council three times and has received the Patient's Choice Award for Orthopedic Sports Medicine.
