Amy Quinlan, DNP, MBA, APN, CCRN, CVN, RCIS, is a distinguished healthcare leader and board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical and leadership experience in cardiovascular care. With advanced degrees in Nursing Practice and Business Administrative and Organizational Leadership, Amy is deeply committed to advancing patient outcomes through innovation, evidence-based practice, and the integration of holistic care models.

Throughout her career, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives—including the development of a Cardiogenic Shock Program, pioneering same-day discharge models, and implementing interventional cardiology programs—each designed to improve access, efficiency, and outcomes. She is also a published researcher and thought leader in cardiovascular patient safety and quality. Amy’s visionary leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including nominations for the March of Dimes Advanced Practice Nurse of the Year, March of Dimes Critical Care Nurse of the Year, DAISY Awards, and the prestigious Synergy Award.

Currently serving as Director of Cardiovascular Services at CentraState Medical Center, Amy remains a passionate advocate for patient access, cutting-edge care delivery, and nurturing the next generation of nursing leaders.
