The 16th Annual Humanistic Medicine Symposium examines the bioethical dimensions of integrating AI into clinical decision-making, ensuring technology aligns with patient autonomy and trust. We will explore how AI-driven insights can improve health outcomes while preserving the moral foundations of care. This event highlights pathways for using intelligent systems to deepen compassion and strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

Accreditation

Atlantic Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(s)TM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Each session will be valued at 1.0 credit. Atlantic Health is accredited by the Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) to provide continuing medical education to physicians. This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 2.0 prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

The NJ Board of Nursing recognizes that a registered professional nurse may obtain continuing education hours from the successful completion of continuing medical education courses recognized by the American Medical Association; one hour for each 60 minutes of attendance.

Continuing medical education hours are also accepted by accredited nursing specialty organizations i.e., ANCC for recertification.
